Heyguys, thought it would be interesting to see what mileage others have reached in their 2.0 TDI engines. I'm currently on 175,250 miles and I have an '06 A3 Sportback 2.0 TDI 140 six speed manual! Engines still pulls strong. Recently fitted Bilstein B8 shocks, H&R 35mm lowering springs and 18 inch OEM Ronal S-line alloys.

The2.0 8V TDI looks a bit of a mission, when I did my 2.0 16v TDi it was more straightforward. The 2.0 16v is a lot easier than the 1.9 TDi, have done quite a few of them also. Instant EGR delete at zero cost, and it didn't bring on the engine management light on those. On the 2.0 PD BKD engine I have used the EGR gasket from the SEAT

Re How To: EGR Valve / EGR Cooler Delete Mk5 TDI (BKD / BMN) Probably need to see what code it's throwing. Mine comes on after bring cleared but it hasn't been mapped out. I'll check the fault code in vcds. If you can do the same, and compare to mine it will help narrow it down.
